Gameplan Subscriptions (Term 2 2025)

Overview

Our caring team of consultants employ the latest evidence-based therapies to support our therapy clients and their families as they build their skills and confidence in language, literacy and learning.

Typically, we deliver a one-to-one support session to our therapy clients during each week of the Victorian school term, or school holidays, as scheduled. Sessions will be held at the same day/time for the term (excluding public holidays and last week of Term 4), or as scheduled in the school holidays, unless a make-up session is scheduled. Includes ‘direct’ and ‘indirect’ therapy support services. Program subscription fees apply.

Beyond the ‘direct’ therapy support service that Gameplan consultants deliver in our standard 50min term program therapy session, we continue to provide additional ‘indirect’ support services, around 35-50min, as part of our term program. This equates to 85-100min of time devoted to supporting each client each week of the program, and is a key factor in our high-quality service provision.

Therapy support sessions are delivered at the Gameplan clinic, online, or the therapy client’s home, school or other suitable location as agreed. Travel fees (in 15min part(s) thereof) will apply for all support not delivered at the Gameplan clinic, or online. Travel pack subscription fees apply.

Weekly, monthly, or term-based (5% payment discount offered up until the end of week 3 of school term) pre-payment options are offered for each Term Program subscription. During checkout you can choose to pay via credit card or direct debit.

Using your customer portal, you can view payments, invoices, setup an account password (to avoid that pesky OTP), update payment details, and manage your account details. Please note, you cannot buy a new Term Program subscription via your customer portal.
