Teri is a Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Speech Pathology.
Teri has experience working with paediatric, adolescent and adult populations in the areas of augmentative and alternative communication, fluency, language and literacy. She has received specialist training in Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display books (PODD) and Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) - techniques aimed at helping individuals who have difficulty communicating using speech. In addition to providing individual therapy, Teri has also experienced working within a transdisciplinary group setting for a wide range of ages.
Teri has a passion for literacy and language development, using the most current best evidence to implement therapy and she is a registered practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
